Committed employees are key to strong company performance, successful change and, ultimately, lasting corporate success. Accordingly, we aim to put even more emphasis on encouraging commitment of our employees in the future through leadership skills, performance management and our intended corporate culture.
We see a clear opportunity in the implementation of our performance culture, with which we want to establish a corporate culture based on shared values through a wide variety of measures, in which responsible and ethical conduct and the pursuit of performance are not contradictory. We assume that this will lead to increased employee motivation and thus higher performance. By strengthening our corporate culture in this way, we aim to increase employee satisfaction and employee retention.
As part of our corporate culture, we regularly ask our employees for feedback. To this end, we use a wide range of surveys to allow feedback relating to the satisfaction and commitment of the various employee groups.
